Co-President

My name is Hajin Kim and I am a senior in High School. I am interested in going into nursing in the future. I have also grown up doing art throughout my life, and I wanted to find a way to combine my passion for art with my interest in healthcare and helping others. Not only did I want to teach younger kids about the important role healthcare workers play and help them show compassion hands-on, but I also wanted to expand my own understanding of healthcare.

My name is Katie Lee. I am a senior in High School. Joining My2cents made it possible for me to put into action the aspirations I had for getting real-world experience to see how healthcare affects our community. To teach with children early on the significance of health, and showing them that they are able to make a difference. I wanted to connect my experience with children and my interest in medicine.

Vice President

My name is Matthew Phua and I am a senior in high school. I am interested in public health and being a physician in the future. I believe that the importance of service in our community cannot be overstated enough. Through my2cents, I hope to achieve an important impact on today’s youth; to show how service and care can go a long way for even just one person in need.

Treasurer

My name is Emme Kossar, and I am a senior in high school. I am interested in studying business and have been exploring it through experiences like DECA. I wanted to join My2Cents because it gave me the opportunity to learn more about healthcare while also seeing the business side of how organizations are run. I think it is important to understand not only the medical side, but also the planning, communication, and leadership that happen behind the scenes.
